How do I track my order?
We will provide you with regular updates once we receive your order, as well as inform you once your parcel has been dispatched.
My order hasn't arrived!
In the rare occasion that your parcel does not arrive, or is taking longer that 14working days - Please send us an email at help@retrosportslocker.com with your order number, and we will get right back to you in no time.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will gladly give you a refund.
What if my item is damaged?
We will request that you return the package, and we will refund you.
Are refunds free?
Refunds are in full, however you will be required to cover return shipping costs (if any)
Can I return to a store?
We are based in the United Kingdom, Only orders couriered to the UK may return their products to our physical location.

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping. Please add your gift wrapping request in at the "Additional notes" section during checkout
